I pleaded guilty hoping that the magistrate would reduce the absurd amount of $1250 in restitution fees considering the facts that I removed all the sites on public land, that I have spent endless hours cleaning up trash in the desert the past few years, and most importantly that an "investigation" was unnecessary because my contact info was readily available on my pieces.
